# How to resend unsuccessful mass payouts transaction via UI

If your payment received the final status "PARTIAL", some transactions in the mass payout did not complete successfully.

To view the list of transactions in a mass payment, you need to click on the line with the payment you need.

To view the list of unsuccessful transactions in a mass payout, you must click on the "View incomplete payouts" button.

To resend these transactions, you can download a file with a list of unsuccessful transactions in the csv format by clicking on the "Download csv" button and upload it to create a new mass payment.
