Balance
Overview
The Balance report shows asset balances for the selected date.
When a balance change appears
The report calculates the balance for the selected date from the current account balance and recorded account movements. A transaction affects this report only after it produces an account credit or debit. Pending requests and blockchain transactions that have not changed the Calypso account balance do not affect the snapshot.
The calculation runs on demand and does not wait for a scheduled reporting import.
Statuses
The Balance report does not contain transaction statuses. It is a balance snapshot for the selected date. Pending, failed, or canceled operations that have not changed the account balance are not represented as separate rows. After an operation changes the balance, its result is reflected in the balance value for the applicable date.
